About a month back Joel and I spend a short week in the Italian city of Siracusa, located right on the bottom right hand corner of Sicily, on line with southern Greece and Tunisia. More precisely, we spend most of our time on Ortygia, which is a small island that’s part of Siracusa. I’ve previously visited Palermo, and Siracusa had just as much character – perhaps even a bit more. Ortygia was without a doubt the soul of the city, and a beautiful old town with narrow streets, and a new discovery around every corner. Amazing restaurants too! The Island is surrounded by a beautiful, and at times very choppy, clear blue sea. Images speak louder than words – So here’s some impressions (All taken with iPhone 6 and edited with vsco, as my hand luggage didn’t allow for my DSLR unfortunately) All photos are mine. Do not use without permission. Thank you!
